Service Description
Pickup time should be 2 hours and 15 mins prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers must be loaded and rolling within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick up time. Later pickup times may not be available since delays may conflict with other reservations.
Cancellation Policy
By booking you agree to all terms at wheresmylimo.com and where's my limo is held harmless until you reach the front or rear bumper of the vehicle providing transportation on our public roadways. Payment is due 24 hours prior the time of service. Vehicle on the reservation is the minimum vehicle based on # passengers and luggage count. Vehicle may be upgraded in this order: SEDAN(Lincon MKT)<SUV (Ford Expedition)<Executive van(Mercedes Benz Sprinter) Vehicle may also be provided/operated by a qualified affiliate when necessary due circumstances outside our control: airline DELAYS, weather, adverse road conditions, driver illness, acts of war or god or wild life. >48hours 100% refund less 3% CC transaction fee 24-48hours 50% refund <24hours 0% refund Bookings are offered in 30 minute increments. Choose a time that best fits your flight arrival/flight departure/dinner reservation/etc. The driver will review the booking and respond with the best ETA and booking time frame.
