Passengers must be loaded and rolling within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick up time. Later pickup times may not be available since delays may conflict with other reservations.
Cancellation Policy
>48hours 100% refund less 3% CC transaction fee 24-48hours 50% refund <24hours 0% refund Bookings are offered in 30 minute increments. Choose a time that best fits your dinner reservation/flight arrival/etc. The driver will review the booking and respond with the best ETA and booking time frame.
