If your flight gets cancelled in Hayden or DIA, I suggest calling in sick to work and enjoying another day in Steamboat/Denver while the airlines regroup and the weather conditions improve.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION in Colorado can be challenging/dangerous/expensive. I will do my best to maintain my schedule and adjust to unforeseen delays such as:

Road Closures
Accidents

DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is at LEAST 3.5 hours from Steamboat Springs and can be 10+ hours due to road closures. It is best to arrive at DIA 2 hours prior to your flight(5.5hr min). I am not responsible for ground travel delays and recommend having as much extra time to travel to DIA as possible. Plan to leave Steamboat 7 hours prior to flight.
YAMPA VALLEY REGIONAL AIRPORT is at LEAST 45 minutes from Steamboat Springs. I recommend a pick up 2.25 hours prior to flight departure.
SHUTTLES moove the herd(pun intended), Luxury Limousine is specific to each group travelling. We must adjust when airlines/highways have issues.
For arrivals 45+ mins late; we may bump/reschedule to accomodate on-time travelers and departures.
For departures we must hold pickup times unless the schedule allows us to shift to later times. I work closely with the following companies:
