Allow a pickup at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled DEPARTURE. Confirm luggage size and quantity prior to making the reservation. 4 full size suit cases and 4 full grown adults should consider upgrading to the Navigator or equivalent. All reservations must agree to the contract found at www.wheresmylimo.com/contract via text message or email or pre-payment prior to scheduled pick up. In the rare event that your booking is not available , we are happy to promptly REFUND your CC after the REVIEW. -Tim

Cancellation Policy

>48hours 100% refund less 3% CC transaction fee 24-48hours 50% refund <24hours 0% refund Bookings are offered in 30 minute increments. Choose a time that best fits your dinner reservation/flight arrival/etc. The driver will review the booking and respond with the best ETA and booking time frame.
